Yes-Better with Age is built for strength, balance, and confidence. Sessions prioritize safe, proven lifts to support bone density, posture, and independence so you can move well in everyday life.
Absolutely. We modify movements, pace, and load every session and always work within your doctor’s guidance. You’ll train safely while rebuilding strength and confidence.
Yes-group and 1:1 coaching. Common goals include weight loss and body recomposition. We coach through hurdles like consistency, emotional eating, all-or-nothing thinking, and weekends/travel. We’ll make the plan with you and support you every step of the way.
Most women see great results with 2-3 strength sessions per week. We’ll help you pick a schedule that’s doable, consistent, and fits your season of life.
You’ll feel stronger and more energized in 4-6 weeks. Visible changes typically follow with 8-12+ weeks of consistent training, recovery, and nutrition. We focus on sustainable progress, not quick fixes.
