We are a family owned and operated business right here in Idaho Falls. We started Kova from scratch 6 years ago in our garage and have helped 100’s of women since.
Over the course of 6 years we have built out an incredible team of women that run day to day operations.
At Kova we are obsessed with helping women in Idaho Falls achieve their health and fitness goals. Our specialties are getting undeniably strong, securing longevity, losing weight, building a body you are proud of.
